Near from the perfection, I ll put 10 if they correct few things
The place is amazing, breakfast view superb, room superb, the 2 pool between all palm tree make the pool an amazing place to chill. You get saxophone show between 5 to 6 pm. that is very nice. Breakfast buffet is also amazin.g.
2 things : 1/ They do not have charger for iphone, so basically if you want to charge your phone the only way is to give your phone at the reception desk... very strange for a 5 star hotel to not have this ready for customer. 2/ The staff at the pool is not smiling at all, it s more like they are checking you to do something bad ( bad = having a tattoo apparent, making a jump in the pool or having your sunglass during the sliders ) even your are telling them, it s okay i take responsability if I broke my glasses, they want you to take it off, could be better if they could smile more, really you feel they are looking at you from above like you are child waiting to do bad things. ( I wanna say "jun" and another older guy not very tall were 2 pool staff much more smiling and talking friendly with us )

Nice atmosphere surrounded by the ocean. A good getaway from the city. Probably more worth it during beach/pool se
A nice getaway from the city. Lots to walk around within the hotel area. Nice clean room with good interior planned out thoroughly. Various bar options and indoor pool for winter.
Off-season experience is disappointing. Just to see lots of pools, bar options and BBQ facilities with covers degrades the experience. Might as well have them available and let the guests decide -or have them hidden away so we wouldn’t feel disappointed. Made personal requests to the hotel -but forgotten or ignored multiple times. Transportation for airport to hotel was a pain! Definitely plan ahead -discuss with hotel days prior or you’ll be facing a 150USD taxi fare.
